Foxwoods Casino - Matt German

I have had an idea about indian casinos before I read this esay. I thaught they were tribes thath didn't care about about much and were just using their name to make money. After reading this I learned that the Parque people struggled to keep what they had through the years. The casino has allowed them to try and save their heratage. The casino is allowing them to give back to their people.
Yet the the desplays were not completly true. they were ahowing more of a white mans casino and a more fictional view of the tribe. And with the law out of the casino to make it homey and relaxing it is easy to see some one loose treack of time and alos loose all their money. I guess the only way for the Native Americans to get back at the white man is to make their money off of him.

Questions

1. Is there a better way for the tribe to teach other about their history?
2. How many indian tribes are beneffiting from commercializing their name?
